Whitney Marsh

With more than a decade of experience, Whitney has served in influential positions across the public sector promoting access to high quality education for all.

She currently serves as the director of policy operations with yes. every kid. foundation. supporting implementation of family-focused education reform. Whitney has supported organizations in development and implementation of strategy, budget, policy, and governance. She previously served as the executive director of the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools, the nation’s largest independent state authorizer overseeing a portfolio of more than 530 charter schools. She also held key positions in Arizona with the Governor’s Office, the Superintendent of Public Instruction, the Board of Regents, and the Chamber of Commerce.

Born and raised in Arizona, Whitney has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in public policy from Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College of Education and Human Development. She currently lives in Scottsdale with her family.
