Karen Bohlin

Dr. Karen Bohlin is the Director of the Practical Wisdom Project at the Abigail Adams Institute and senior scholar at Boston University’s Center for Character and Social Responsibility.

Before serving at the Abigail Adams Institute, Dr. Bohlin was the head of Montrose School. She also served as a high school English teacher, executive director of the CCSR and assistant professor of education at Boston University School of Education. She is the author of Teaching Character Education Through Literature: Awakening the Moral Imagination in Secondary Classrooms.
