She has worked for the organization since 2005 – first as a teacher and then in various capacities connected to teacher recruitment and professional development. She has a bachelor’s degree in Government and Literature from Claremont McKenna College and a master’s degree in humanities (with an emphasis on classical education) from the University of Dallas. She and her husband have three children and reside in the Phoenix area.
